The fourth Wood Bioenergy Conference & Expo is right around the corner. Attendees can walk up the day of the event, which is scheduled April 5-6 at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta, Ga., just off Olympic Park.. The event is hosted by Wood Bioenergy magazine.
“One reason we have it in Atlanta, which is really the hub of the wood-to-energy movement, is so people can easily access it with a short car ride,” comments Co-Chairman Rich Donnell.
People can walk up to the registration desk, settle up and enjoy a great range of speakers and exhibitors in the Grand Ballroom North, not to mention the five food events that go with it. There’s also a single day price for those who want to attend and then go back home the same day—one price that includes the meals on that day, another price not including them but allowing you to walk the floor and sit in on the meetings.
The event, which includes eight keynote talks, 35 technical presentations and 70 exhibitors, caters to wood pellet production, biomass power generation, in-woods chipping and biomass procurement.
