Chipper and grinder manufacturers Bandit Industries and Morbark Inc., and air emissions control specialist B&W MEGTEC lead the first round of exhibitor sponsors for the fourth Wood Bioenergy Conference & Expo to be held April 5-6 at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Bandit, Morbark and B&W MEGTEC have signed on as Gold sponsors.
The event organizers earlier announced that in addition to coverage of the wood pellet industry and the biomass power generation industry, the conference will cover developments and technologies in in-woods chipping and grinding as part of a special session called “Chip Chip Hooray!”
Meanwhile air emission control technologies is always a popular segment of the Wood Bioenegy Conference & Expo.
“Just looking at our Gold sponsors thus far, that they range from in-woods chipping to air emissions control at the back end of the mill is indicative of the expansive nature of our conference,” comments Rich Donnell, co-chairman and editor-in-chief of Wood Bioenergy magazine, which is the host of the event.
Seventy-five exhibitor sponsors are expected to fill the Grand Ballroom North of the Omni Hotel, while eight keynote speakers and up to 50 individual technical presentations address forecasts, technologies, new projects, products and markets concerning the North America and International wood bioenergy industry.
